DigiPlus unveiled a comprehensive responsible gaming framework, currently in development, with a 2026 rollout plan. This framework encompasses education, prevention, intervention, and treatment:
Education: DigiPlus educates users from the get-go, informing them about responsible gaming features during onboarding and employing KYC processes to prevent underage or unauthorized access.
Prevention: By analyzing aggregated, consent-based customer data, DigiPlus identifies potential risks early on and suggests preventive measures, empowering players to maintain control.
Intervention: When risks are detected, players are guided to utilize platform tools like bet limits, deposit limits, and session controls. DigiPlus' 24/7 customer support ensures these tools are easily accessible.
Treatment: For players needing further support, DigiPlus offers self-exclusion guidance and, where permitted, assists with regulatory processes. These initiatives are enhanced by CSR programs and partnerships with external support organizations.
